I've only been to Insomnia a handful of times, but they have all been phenomenal. My wife and I were looking for some delicious cookies to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, Crumbl decided to go with a budget decision and make thin cookies, which is not what we had in mind at all. So we headed to Insomnia because it's always been great. We had a couple of seasonal cookies which were fantastic and several other cookies, along with some salted caramel ice cream which was exquisite. It didn't disappoint. The service was phenomenal. Our cashier even listened to our conversation enough to put our order in perfectly before we said anything to her at all. I highly recommend Insomnia, especially if you're looking for a delicious treat.

Service was good (for one person doing everything). Ice cream was ok, novelty purple ice cream a hit with the kids. Cookies were warm, overly sweet for me. For a small business I appreciated the gluten-free cookie. Seems a lot was spent on appearance/branding, like the box for our take away cookies. Over all this company is trying hard to succeed and doing a lot correct. Back off a bit on the amount of sugar in the cookies and have 2 people on each shift. Maybe a stool or two more? There were 5 in our party and that meant 2 of us stood ( we let the kids sit) while eating, and anyone else that came in (we counted 5 more in amd out while we were there)couldn't sit either. Honest review.

Cookies were fine. My issue with this location is about service! First and foremost, to be a business open but deny customers use of a bathroom is RIDICULOUS!! Public bathrooms were created for women to use to add public health protections. Literally. Then, I ordered 4 cookies to qualify for the pack. My cookies were basic where the 4-pl was for the “upgraded” cookies. Did the woman explain that to me? No. She just charged me for individual cookies. Despite me saying out loud my goal. I greatly regret spending money after this experience. I for sure won’t be back — now will my friends and family.

During my visit to Insomnia Cookies, I couldn't resist the allure of their double chocolate chunk and white chocolate macadamia cookies. Pairing a brownie with vanilla ice cream was a delightful choice, and the aroma of sugar heightened my craving for these treats. Exploring different brownie flavors also proved to be a satisfying experience. For cookie enthusiasts, a visit to Insomnia Cookies is a must.

Such a great little cookie store that is open late for those midnight snackers! Cookies were delicious and the prices reasonable! The employees are very friendly and patient! Loved it! The only thing I would correct is that they put bakery papers between the cookies when you order more than four. Four will fit comfortably in a box but more than that and they need to be stacked which causes the flavors to blend.
